Back to Basics for Ultimate Health
I’m a public speaker, educator, and Board-Certified Health Coach dedicated to helping people return to the fundamentals of health as we age with clarity, confidence, and intention. In a world filled with conflicting advice, trends, and pressure to do more, my work focuses on simplifying health and wellness so it feels practical, sustainable, and supportive of real life.
As we move through midlife and beyond, our bodies, brains, and priorities change. My message centers on understanding those changes, caring for ourselves with greater awareness, and embracing habits that support long-term health particularly brain health and the prevention of cognitive decline. Aging well is not about doing everything perfectly; it’s about returning to what truly works.
Education, Experience, and Perspective
I am a Board-Certified Health Coach by the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches. That certification along with a Certificate of Health Nutrition provides me the knowledge to help people care for their bodies. I strongly advocate the 4 pillars of health and getting back to the basics: hydration, nutrition, exercise and sleep.
I serve as an adjunct professor at SUNY Erie, educating students on Culinary Nutrition.
Whether I’m speaking to community groups, one-on-one clients, businesses, wellness events, or faith-based gatherings, my goal is to meet people where they are offering evidence-informed guidance without overwhelm, judgment, or extremes.
Speaking Focus
My speaking engagements often include:
- Health as we age
- Returning to basic, foundational health habits
- Nutrition and lifestyle choices that support long-term well-being
- Brain health and strategies to help reduce the risk of cognitive decline
- Creating rhythms of living that feel calmer, simpler, and more sustainable
Each presentation is designed to educate, encourage, and empower people to feel more confident in caring for their bodies and minds through every season of life.
Golf Clinics
As a golfer, I understand the importance of the mental game. Helping golfers quiet distractions, build confidence, and stay present from the first tee to the final putt. Using proven mindset and brain-based techniques, I help players improve focus, manage pressure, and reset quickly after a bad shot. Rather than overthinking mechanics, golfers learn how to trust their swing, strengthen mental resilience, and approach each shot with clarity and intention. The result is not just better performance on the course, but a more enjoyable and confident golf experience overall and lower scores!
In My Spare Time
Outside of my work, I’m a proud mom of two and a grandmother of two, finding joy in family and the little moments. I also dedicate time to mentoring young mothers through a faith-based ministry, offering guidance, encouragement, and nutritional support. Giving back is a core part of who I am whether it’s through volunteering in my community with organizations such as Eight Days of Hope, Moms Mentoring Moms, and Embrace Grace, serving those in need, or sharing my passion for fitness and golf as ways to stay active, engaged, and mentally sharp.
Booking & Speaking Engagements
I’m available for speaking engagements, workshops, retreats, and educational events. Presentations can be tailored for your group, wellness-focused audiences, community organizations, and faith-based settings seeking thoughtful, grounded conversations around health and aging well — with an emphasis on preventing cognitive decline.
